Atenas, Costa Rica
Atenas is located in the mountains between San Jose and
the Pacific Coast. The climate was named by National
Geographic as one of the "world's best climates"--it is warm
and sunny during the daytime, and cool and breezy at night.
Our campus is located 25 minutes from the airport, 40
minutes from universities and city resources in downtown
San Jose, and 1 hour from great surfing near Jaco beach.

The campus itself is a large stretch of beautifully
landscaped, secure, private land bordered by a river, a
fishing pond, and mango & orange trees. Housing
includes a large main house with office, classrooms, staff
quarters, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, living room,
and full bathrooms, as well as 5 cabins with bedrooms and
full baths for dorm living. Students enjoy a soccer field,
half-court basketball court (in progress), a pool, and a
large, outdoor, covered BBQ patio.
